Volunteer

The Texas Opportunity and Justice Incubator seeks experienced attorneys and business professionals to mentor and guide our incubator lawyers as they build their own practices. TOJI volunteers contribute to bridging the justice gap while providing incubator lawyers with the experience and expertise needed to launch sustainable practices serving low-income and modest-income clients. Attorney Mentor

Do you have a passion for helping others? Did you receive mentorship at the beginning of your career, and want to pay it forward? We'd love to connect you with a TOJI member lawyer who is interested in your area of expertise.

Attorney mentors don't have to be attorneys themselves. TOJI member lawyers are interested in learning from successful business owners, community leaders, and innovators of all kinds.

TOJI is a statewide program, so if the TOJI member lawyer is not located in your area, we can help with technology to facilitate meaningful connections.
